Different Page for Resources

Since i begin to like learning frontend elements (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc), it is the best way to write what i have learned (this is a good practice to remember). While learning from online articles, ebooks and discussion through mailing list or forum, i also (re)writing thus articles (in Bahasa Indonesia), some of them are translated from gurus in that subject and some are using my own words. Posting them one by one is not good choice, since the page must consists several categories, where each category has some articles which link between them, just like wiki. Now i’ve two options where such articles should be put on. First, in wp-page which i think a good way to get feedback from visitors who don’t familiar with wiki. But, i need simple tag to style particular text (just like wiki tag). There are two plugins related to wiki tag, but they don’t fit my needs. Second option is using MediaWiki. Any better ideas?
